Aggregation

With your network of sensors now gathering data, the next step is to aggregate it to a centralized software portal via one of our industry standard methods — WiFi 6, Satellite, LTE, and Mesh — or explore other connection opportunities with us.

LTE is the most cost effective and reliable method of aggregation for areas that have connection to cellular signal. Mesh networking is excellent for reducing power consumption over a broad area of devices, such as sensors along a pipeline. Satellite is the best option for the most remote areas in the world as it is able to provide connection virtually anywhere. Using these connectivity methods to aggregate the data to Systems Quality Control (SQC) — our software interface — allows you to easily store the data, visualize it, and configure workflows to streamline your business metrics.

Analysis

With your data aggregated onto SQC, analysis can then be performed using a method best suited for your specific application; Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and/or Deep Learning.

Our fundamental Artificial Intelligence (AI) models are a great way to detect changes in pressure or temperature drops/spikes of your equipment, indicating potential problems. Using more advanced AI models such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning allows for the analysis of trends to predict future problems, while the models continuously learn and improve upon themselves with each calculation they make. We are committed to helping you find the optimal deployment for each method in your operations.

Action

Your final step towards transformation is to implement a system that takes all of the data you have acquired, aggregated, and analyzed, and turn it into action.

Our two main methods for data action are Machine to Human (M2H) and Machine to Machine (M2M) communications. M2H communications are effective for alerting you via text or email when a problem is detected in one of your assets or pieces of equipment, such as a drop in pressure level within your pipeline vent system. M2M communications allow for your machines to talk to each other and adjust their operations based on data insights, such as a machine shutting off when extreme temperatures are reached.
